The squeezer has a ridged surface designed to get the greatest amount of juice from halved citrus fruits. In the 1920s, lemon squeezers were one of our best-selling products, along with teapots and glass tumblers.
This tool would be used to squeeze the juice out of lemons for cooking or drink-making.
