We received 94% in our latest VisitEngland assessment, the highest we’ve ever received!

Following a visit from an independent assessor, we’re pleased to announce that our exhibition received 94% in our latest VisitEngland assessment, the highest we’ve ever received!

The assessor commented on how accessible the exhibition is – everything from the interpretation including subtitles and sensory backpacks, to the layout with our single-level access and spacious displays. She was particularly impressed with the pre-arrival information on our website, which helps visitors plan ahead and know what to expect.

The assessor enjoyed discovering the M&S story and commented on how we share information with visitors of all ages in an interesting, user-friendly way.

VisitEngland offers quality accreditation to visitor attractions across England. In awarding the most appropriate level of accreditation, assessors looked at our welcome, presentation of the attraction, how we tell the M&S story, our retail offer, staff efficiency and customer care knowledge.
