Workshops and resources for home educators
We offer a programme of free, in-person workshops and digital resources for home educating families.
All our workshops are free, interactive and hands-on, providing lots of opportunities for discussion and participation.
Simply choose from the workshop programme and contact us to book your place.
Stated age brackets are intended as a guide to reflect the workshop content, we know that families enjoy learning together and welcome family groups of mixed ages. We can provide appropriate learning resources for ages 4+.
For practical information about visiting, please have a look at our Plan Your Visit pages.
If you’d like to visit independently, we have a free self-guided visit pack full of activities to do in the exhibition. We’re open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, and the second Saturday of each month for Sparky Saturdays. Self-guided visits must be booked in advance, just get in touch to find out more.
